7-year old boy killed in Ubay road mishap

UBAY.-A seven-year old boy was killed on the spot Wednesday after he was sideswept by a St. Jude Bus along the national highway in Ubay town. According to police reports, at about 4:00 pm Wednesday, the victim, while walking along the national highway in barangay San Pascual,, suddenly crossed the street and unknown to him, a passenger bus was running in his direction. The victim was identified as Eljohn Encolano, 7 years old and a resident of barangay San Pascual. The driver, identified as Celso Marabulac voluntarily surrendered to the Ubay Philippine national Police after the incident.
